Enquiries can be made by phone 0420 568 722 and will be treated with confidentiality. Please provide some initial information and relevant times you are able to be contacted for a brief 5-10 minute conversation. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours to see if we are well-suited to work together. Heart Expression will be taking on new clients from March 2025.

Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once you have spoken with Heidi to confirm suitability. Online bookings can be made by current clients on the portal.
Parking
One hour free parking is available both on Wattletree and Burke Road and in all nearby streets. Irymple or Kingston Streets are reliable for parking if there is nothing available on the main road. This is less than a 5 minute walk.
Public Transport
Tram 5 is the Melbourne University/Swanston St (Carlton) to Burke Rd/Wattletree Rd (Malvern East).

The first time you go somewhere new it may be a little bit daunting!
Malvern Central Park Suites is located near the junction of Burke and Wattletree Road. Sessions are by appointment only and the address will be provided in each email confirming your session. Malvern Park Suites entrance is located just behind the shops between a Bakery and Second Obsession via a pathway to enter the building.
Walk down a narrow pathway between the shops and enter the building to the left. You will find the Heart Expression Clinic upstairs on Level 1.

Rates
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $311 for a 46–60 minute consultation with a psychologist for the 2024–2025 financial year. At Heart Expression, the rates are as follows for a 50-minute consult.
The remaining 10 minutes of the hour are used for note taking, payment and booking a future appointment.
$250 per 50 minute session weekdays
$280 per 50 minute session on Saturdays
